Safe and Fair Play
Two Robots is built on competitive strategy and respect. We want every match to feel intense, fair, and fun for everyone in the arena.
By playing Two Robots, you agree to follow this Safe and Fair Play Policy and our Terms of Service. Breaking these rules can lead to revoked in game currency, temporary suspensions, or permanent account closure.
Meet Scarabu, Our Fair Play Biobot
Scarabu is one of our biobots who loves clean fights, clever plays, and respectful pilots. Think of Scarabu as the guardian of honest competition in the arenas.
Whenever you see Scarabu in game or on our site, it is a reminder to win with skill, protect your account, and treat other pilots as fellow competitors, not enemies.
Scarabu says: Win with skill, not shortcuts.
Duel With Respect
We are all here to compete, learn, and improve. Matches can get intense, but targeted abuse is never ok. This applies to in game chat, Discord, and any official Two Robots community spaces.
We ask you to:
- Respect other players, even when you disagree
- Avoid personal attacks, harassment, and name calling
- Keep usernames, clan names, and descriptions appropriate
Examples of behavior that is not allowed:
- Hate speech, racism, or any discriminatory language
- Obscene or sexually explicit comments
- Threats, harassment, or targeted bullying
- Excessive swearing directed at specific players
- Encouraging dogpiling, witch hunts, or public shaming
If you see this behavior, use the in game report tools or our community channels to report it. Our moderators review reports and take action when needed.
Consequences of misconduct can include chat restrictions, temporary suspensions, and permanent account closure. Intentionally filing false reports to get others punished can also lead to penalties.
No Cheats. No Bots. No Shortcuts.
Two Robots is designed around fair, skill based competition. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage by altering the game is strictly forbidden.
Third party software includes:
- Hacks, mods, or tools that alter how the game works
- Bots or scripts that play or automate actions for you
- Any service that grants unearned progress, currency, or ranking
These tools often compromise your account and device security in addition to harming fair play.
Consequences of misconduct can include permanent bans on all offending accounts.
Protect Your Account
Your account is your identity in the arena. Keep it safe and do not share it.
Please do not:
- Share your login details with anyone
- Give credentials to boosting services or strangers online
- Let others play on your account to climb the ladder faster
Risks of sharing or selling accounts:
- You may lose access to your account permanently
- The same account may be sold to multiple people
- Any money you spend can be lost if the account is banned
- We cannot guarantee support for traded or shared accounts
We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts that have been bought, sold, traded, or shared to gain unfair advantages.
Currency, Items, and Scams
Two Robots may include in game currency, cosmetics, and rare collectibles. To keep things safe:
- Only purchase through official in game stores or clearly marked partners
- Avoid third party sites that sell cheap currency, accounts, or collectibles
- Never share payment info, wallet keys, or personal data with untrusted sites
If someone offers:
- Discounted currency outside of official channels
- Guaranteed rare items for a fee
- Access to developer tools or insider perks
Assume it is a scam.
Using unauthorized payment methods or third party sellers can lead to revoked currency or items and may result in permanent bans.
Other Unacceptable Behavior
To protect our players and our game, the following are also not allowed:
- Impersonating staff, moderators, or developers
- Phishing or attempting to steal accounts or wallet information
- Refund abuse and chargeback abuse
- Knowingly exploiting bugs or glitches instead of reporting them
- Manipulating matchmaking or engaging in match fixing
- Encouraging others to break the rules
- Using chat for spam, scams, or aggressive advertising
- Asking for or sharing personal contact information from minors
- Posting real world political campaigns or propaganda in official spaces
The rules of this Safe and Fair Play Policy apply across all official Two Robots games and community spaces. Saying you did not know is not a valid excuse.
How We Enforce Fair Play
We use a mix of automated systems and human moderation to keep Two Robots safe and fair for everyone.
- Proactive systems that flag suspicious behavior and language
- Detection tools for cheating and third party manipulation
- Manual reviews by trained moderators for reports and tournaments
We aim to apply rules consistently to all players, regardless of rank or status.
If you believe you have received an unfair penalty, contact support and request a review of your case.
Standing Up To Bullying
No one should feel unsafe or targeted in our community. Bullying has no place in Two Robots.
If you are experiencing bullying:
- Use in game and platform tools to block and report the player
- Let our team know through official support or community moderators
- Talk to someone you trust offline if it is affecting you emotionally
If you witness bullying:
- Do not join in or encourage it
- Report it using the tools available
- Support the person being targeted where it is safe and appropriate
We want players to enjoy our games in a safe environment, both in and out of matches.
