Building Fairness: Why We’re Creating the Future of Competitive Play
By Omar Hafez, Founder & CEO of Two Robots Studios
I’ve always believed that fairness isn’t just a principle — it’s an engineering challenge.
When I competed as a national athlete, the beauty of sport was in its clarity: the rules were visible, the field was level, and the best could rise through skill, not luck.
When I became a software engineer, I realized how rare that kind of fairness is in digital systems.
That’s why we’re building Two Robots — a globally competitive, AI-balanced card game powered by our own Web3-enabled client. It’s more than a game; it’s a new model for how digital competition should work — transparent, intelligent, and fair.
The Vision: Fairness at Scale
Our mission is simple, but hard:
To make the most fair, skill-based digital competition in the world.
We’ve built a proprietary multiplayer platform from the ground up — one that merges real-time analytics, AI balance systems, and digital asset ownership.
Think of it as the Battle.net for the next generation of competitive play — but open, transparent, and creator-powered.
At its heart, Two Robots is a test of mastery.
Not just for players, but for us as builders. Can we design systems where fairness is measurable, visible, and earned?
Why This Matters
The world doesn’t need another “play-to-earn” fad or another loot box economy.
It needs systems that reward mastery, integrity, and creativity.
Every match in Two Robots is a living economy — where strategy creates value, not speculation.
Every player is an experiment in how technology can serve humanity instead of exploiting it.
When we talk about fairness, it’s not a slogan. It’s code, math, and philosophy all converging into play.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re assembling a small, relentless team of artists, engineers, and dreamers who see games as more than entertainment — as a form of digital culture and shared truth.
If you’re the kind of person who:
- Obsessively studies how systems work — and how they fail,
- Believes competition and compassion can coexist,
- Wants to work at the intersection of AI, Web3, and human emotion, then you’ll fit right in.
We’re not just hiring.
We’re inviting collaborators — people who want to leave a fingerprint on something that could redefine how fairness is felt online.
Our Progress So Far
- 🧠 Proprietary Web3-enabled game client — built to rival AAA infrastructure
- 💿 1,000+ physical copies sold on Kickstarter (our tabletop origin story)
- 🌐 Core gameplay systems 70% complete
- 👥 200+ player Discord with weekly live playtests
- 📩 1,500+ player waitlist eager for what’s next
We’re not a concept. We’re a movement in motion.
The Invitation
We’re at that electric moment where everything can change — where the right team, the right believers, and the right momentum collide.
If you’re reading this and something stirs — if you’ve ever wanted to build something true, something fair, something alive — I’d love to meet you.
Whether you’re an engineer, artist, investor, or just someone who feels the pull of a fairer digital future — reach out. Let’s build it together.
